FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions Parents Often Ask
Below you’ll find answers to common questions about my approach, functional lab testing, and how my programs work. My goal is to help you feel confident about the next step for your child.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
I do not participate in insurance networks. Insurance often limits the time and testing required for comprehensive root-cause care. However, I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA payments are accepted, and payment plans may be available.
All services are provided virtually through secure video or phone. This allows families to receive support from home without travel or scheduling stress. Session notes, messaging, and resources are stored in your secure client portal.
Functional lab testing helps identify underlying drivers that may affect focus, mood, behavior, and overall health. These tests can reveal nutrient imbalances, gut issues, or biochemical stress that standard testing may miss.
A Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) is a licensed nutrition professional trained to provide medical nutrition therapy. Dietitians complete a science-based degree, supervised clinical training, a national board exam, and ongoing continuing education.
No ethical practitioner can guarantee specific outcomes. What I can promise is a thorough, science-based, lab-informed process tailored to your child. When root causes are addressed, families often see improvements in focus, mood, sleep, and regulation.
PRIVATE 1 ON 1 PROGRAM
Root-cause work takes time. Identifying biological drivers, reviewing lab results, implementing nutrition strategies, and adjusting protocols requires ongoing guidance. Programs provide the structure and follow-through needed for meaningful, lasting change.
Families who are open to functional lab testing and ready to implement changes at home tend to see the best results. This program is designed for parents who want personalized guidance and are committed to a root-cause approach.
Once we determine we are a good fit, we schedule a 90-minute initial assessment. You’ll receive access to your secure client portal where we review history, order labs if needed, and begin implementing a personalized plan.
Complete the contact form for the private program. I will review your information and reach out to schedule a consultation call to determine the best next step for your family.
Many families come to me after spending money on therapies, supplements, or appointments that didn’t provide clear answers. My programs are designed to replace trial-and-error with a strategic plan. Payment plans and HSA/FSA funds are available.
GROUP PROGRAM
The group program provides structured guidance for parents who want to learn the ADHD nutrition framework and begin implementing changes at home. It includes live Zoom sessions, education, and a supportive parent community.
The group program is ideal for families who want guidance and structure but do not require individualized lab interpretation or private coaching.
Yes. The program includes the primary functional lab tests I use to identify root causes, including urine, stool, and hair mineral testing. These tests help us uncover nutrient imbalances, gut issues, and biochemical stress that may be affecting your child’s focus, behavior, and overall health.
