Monica, with her daughters, the reason this work is personal
Monica's story
"I used to think ADHD was the problem. Until I realized it was only the beginning of the story."
I remember how exhausting it was. As both a mom and a Registered Dietitian, I wanted nothing more than to enjoy time with my daughter, not feel like every day was another struggle.
Everywhere I turned, I heard the same message: medication, therapy, learn to manage it. Yet deep down I couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. I kept asking myself why. Why was she struggling so much? Why couldn't anyone explain what was happening inside her body?
That one question sent me deep. I went all in on a focused, intensive study of ADHD, functional nutrition, and laboratory testing, so you don't have to. And what I found surprised me: it isn't as complicated as we're often led to believe. You don't have to guess. You need to identify what is out of balance, and know how to begin bringing it back.
